This Terms of Use agreement ("Terms") governs your access to and use of MetalDrug and all associated systems including Moleculogic, MDC (Metal Drug Complex), FDC (Functional Drug Complex), and SEI-integrated services. By accessing or using any part of the MetalDrug ecosystem, you agree to these Terms in full.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using this site or any KT Biotech service, you affirm that you are of legal age and authorized to enter into this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the site or its associated technologies.
2. Intellectual Property
All content, algorithms, interfaces, molecular logic engines, design blueprints, and datasets within the MetalDrug platform are the exclusive intellectual property of KT Biotech. This includes all simulations, models, documentation, and source code. Unauthorized reproduction, reverse-engineering, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
3. Permitted Use
The MetalDrug platform and its tools (e.g., Moleculogic, MDC, FDC) are intended solely for scientific research, educational purposes, and preliminary therapeutic modeling. No component of the platform may be used for clinical decision-making, drug manufacturing, or regulatory submission without formal licensing or written consent from KT Biotech.
4. Access Credentials and Security
Users are responsible for safeguarding access tokens, submission IDs, and all system-generated identifiers. Sharing access credentials, uploading falsified data, or attempting to manipulate platform logic or outputs is a violation of these Terms and may result in termination and legal action.
5. Simulation Disclaimer
Outputs from Moleculogic and all Tier 1/Tier 2 logic simulations are theoretical in nature. They represent SEI-assisted computational hypotheses, not empirical fact. KT Biotech makes no guarantee of biological efficacy, chemical accuracy, or therapeutic outcome based on simulated results.
6. Platform Availability
MetalDrug services are provided "as-is" and "as-available." While KT Biotech endeavors to maintain platform uptime and integrity, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or immunity from data loss, latency, or downtime.
7. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall KT Biotech, its trustees, affiliates, licensors, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform, including lost profits, data inaccuracies, or business disruptions.
8. Modifications
KT Biotech reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting. Continued use of the site following any modification constitutes your agreement to the updated Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Dakota, United States, the legal domicile of the Ezumba Dynasty Trust. Any legal actions shall be brought exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.
